Add background texture

As title says, it would be awesome to have background with custom alpha setting.

@jparac my fork has a background texture if you want to use that version till Twin gets LibSharedMedia setup for the release ver.

At the very least I'll add some config options to show/hide this with more full customization being added in the BfA version.

I played around a bit and added my own bg with settings to change color
