Add an option that allows a user to choose whether or not the threshold line goes the full bar height or just the interior bar height so it does not go over any of the borders.

I can see this being requested when/if secondary resources are added (e.g. Mana + Insanity, Energy + Combo Points, Rage + Threat, etc.).
