Dissonant Echoes allows for another avenue to extend Voidform slightly in Hungering Void. Add an option to include this in to the $additionalVbAvgCasts and $additionalHvAvgTime variables when the conduit is active on the character.

Mulling this over. May end up not including it as it will muddy the waters on predictive lengths.

Decided against including this. Closing as won't fix.
