Estimated number of ticks with ECTTV (both versions) is often 1 less than it actually generates. Latency may be playing a factor in this.

The legendary tooltip says this ticks every 0.8sec.

  • For Tendril (Mind Flay), it ticks every ~1.0sec. This is not hasted.
  • For Lasher (Mind Sear) it ticks every ~0.818sec. This appears to be hasted. When naked (only legendary equipped), these ticks happen every ~0.982sec
