Threshold lines for A Murder of Crows, Barrage, and any other abilities that are based on an ability that has both a cooldown multiple combat log events will switch from "unusable", then back to "usable" (and sometimes stay) when they should still be unusable because they are on cooldown.

This is fixed in the 9.0.2-beastmastery-hunter branch.
