Modify export string to not be rejected by Pastebin

Pastebin doesn't like pure bytestring for it's pastes. Adjust the export strings to:

  • Begin with a prefix of some sort, similar to WAs and Platter. Maybe !TRB! ?
  • Support old strings missing the prefix and new strings with the prefix
