Track remaining Wrath/Starfire casts until Eclipse

Track the remaining Wrath or Starfire casts until you will enter Eclipse next, using the combo points UI.

Possibly blocked by #87 and to a lesser extent #199 unless more technical debt is created. May not need any text over them though?

May look at (or close without implementing) this for 10.0.5 with the changes to how you enter Eclipse.
