Use most of what exists for Assassination but add Outlaw specific tweaks.

Roll the Bones notes:

• Grand Melee - S&D already has a timer, no sense in including anything extra

• Broadside - First empty CP a different color? Nothing

• Ruthless Precision - Something with the Between the Eyes threshold line, like a color change? Maybe timers and border color. Not sure.

• Buried Treasure - Passively handled, if people show regen on the bar

• Skull and Crossbones - Something with the Sinister Strike threshold line, like a color change?

• True Bearing - I'm already thinking about having something with threshold lines of abilities that are on CD but would come off CD via your next spender (Restless Blades passive), so this would just augment that I think.
