Finish the renaming/rebranding of the addon from Twintop's Insanity Bar (TwintopInsanityBar) to Twintop's Resource Bar (TwintopResourceBar).

This has lots of impacted areas that need to be accounted for:

• Addon SavedVariables name
• • Save to TwintopResourceBar in addition to TwintopInsanityBar
• • Add fallback variable reading to TwintopInsanityBar for backwards compatibility
• • Remove TwintopInsanityBar at a later date
• GitHub repository name
• Curse
• • Addon name + slug
• • External links (e.g. GitHub)
• WoW Interface
• • Addon name + slug
• • External links (e.g. GitHub)
• Wago.io
• • External links (e.g. GitHub)
• Other external links
• • Wowhead guide (Anshlun)
• • Icy Veins guide (Publik)
• • Warcraft Priests guide (Melgane/Publik?)

This poses a number of issues, specifically around the transferring of addon setting data. Might just leave well enough alone.
