With the addition of localization (#8, #351), lots of strings no longer fit correctly in the existing options window. Additionally, with the changes in 10.0 the layout is no longer tightly packed in the built in options pane.

It's time to do a refresh!

• Pop the options in to its own window with dimentions that suit.
• Add a left bar that has the high-level groups (spec, Import/Export, etc.)
• Adjust the layout of options to accomidate different size fonts, font faces, and languages.

Other considerations:

• Reorganize settings in to more tabs as there is extra space now.
• Load on demand, don't produce it on load.
• Allow for other specs that aren't part of the current class to be viewed and edited.
