Currently, which threshold lines for mana potions that are shown for healers are controlled by checkboxes for each version. With 6 potions variations (and at least 9 in TWW), this is less than ideal. Most players don't want to have all of them enabled, but might not always have the best/highest mana potion on them.

Add functionality to autodetect and show threshold based on that:

• Check the contents of bags for what potions they have available.
• Add toggle per potion type to only show lines that match what is in bags
• Add toggle per potion type to only show the highest line that matches what is in bags
