Check Mind Blast Insanity value on 9.0.1 vs 9.0.2

Mind Blast on PTR/9.0.1 is currently 7, supposedly it is 8 on Beta/9.0.2. Check this value when servers come up.

This is correct (7) on Live 9.0.1 now. Leaving this open until 9.0.2 to make sure it gets updated if it does change.
