Add an optional indicator at the end of the resource (casting? passive?) to make it more clearly visible where the current amount ends. Example from marq in Discord -- top is WA, bottom is TRB.

From an implementation POV, easiest way would be to have a threshold line per bar type that:

• Is set the same value as the bar
• Make the color selectable or use the bar color (should standout because of texture differences?)
• Does not have an icon (maybe I could do something with casting? not for now)
• Stacks so priority is preserved: Resource > Casting/Spending > Passive

Still need to sort out smoothing animation and localization.
