Extend TTD for S2M

Add more tracking options for Time to Die when Surrender to Madness has been cast:

  • TTD if just your DPS is included, not the whole party/raid
  • TTD of the target you cast S2M on, even if it isn't your currently selected target
    • Have TTD color change (on the S2M target, for both focused and unfocused) during S2M buff if you are/are not going to kill the target before the buff expires

Don't think I'm going to add this. S2M isn't hardly ever used and I can't track TTD because of not being able to get the health of a GUID, only of UnitIds, i.e. Target, Raid1, Arena2, etc.

If S2M starts seeing some real use I may reopen and think about potential additional features.
