Add another text color option for changing the Resource text number (Insanity/Astral Power/Maelstrom) when you have enough of that resource to cast a spender that has a threshold line (Devouring Pague/Searing Nightmare/Starfall/Starsurge/Earth Shock).

Add this for all current specs. Make it an optional toggle.
