due to arbitrary bullshit, Bliz seems to have changed the frame strata/level of the title text such that it is now at a higher priority and is eating clicks rather than letting them propigate to the [UFO] button.

Bumping the [UFO] button to be a higher level that the title text. This should work until it arbitrarily changes again in the probably near future. Fuck my life.
