maybe you can add some Items with passive Bonuses by default to the Ignorelist.

Items like:
Gorepetal's Gentle Grasp
Peon's Mining Pick
Forager's Gloves

maybe you can take a look at Auto Seller (former Salvage Yard Seller)'s default Blacklist
