Mount events never recorded

Mounts pre-register events, but the last recorded time is wrong.
Also, the tooltip shows only the cast success event at first because /mountspecial is added by default, but cast start is added only when displaying the spell's options. The solution is to register the event in the db from the start.
… or remove the specific events and add a global /mountspecial with #15.
Should be fixed for the first release since it changes the db !
