Allow setup for different sound-profiles (within the same profile) depending on specialization

Have the roles selectable in the top next to the "Enable" button for the area. If "Tank" is checked, the tank settings will be shown, likewise for Healer and Dps. If a player changes specialization VRA should automatically only announce the spells selected for the given specialization.
