I've noticed that the voices are 64kbps CBR mp3, and while I understand that this is done to conserve space, but this results in a poor quality on high frequency sounds like S and T's. I wouldn't mind downloading a ~2GB pack with double the bitrate (to something like V5 VBR which should be around 130kbps), still seems like a rather low size for 2023.

Not sure if there are any technical limitations for using low bitrate mp3s, but if it's technically possible to use a more modern codec than mp3, like opus, it could improve the quality even further while keeping the low bitrate.

This was a limitation of Elevenlabs at the time. I think they have increased the bitrate since then but are still using mp3 :(

I'm planning on remaking vanilla at the same time as tbc and wrath so it should help a bit.
