I have both the addon and data installed to interface/addons

Created a new character.
Interacted with the first NPC. No voices.
Cannot even see the UI for the addon, though I can open the options via the minimap button.

What am I missing?

Currently the addon only has voice data for classic (i.e. Era) quests. If you are playing WotLK, some voice lines may be incorrect or missing.

Same experience here. Installed AddOn, talked to quest giver, nothing. Please add expansion quests :|

I was not, unfortunately. Sorry.
Gave up on trying to make it work.
Was definitely playing classic, but... nothing

I'm going to make a wild guess that it may be related to GW2_UI conflicting with VoiceOver's hooks or you're trying to play quests for sounds that aren't in vanilla. @Reynbow Does it work if you remove GW2_UI, make a new orc character, then talk to Kaltunk?
