WarpDeplete is visible outside of Keystone. This was introduced on the latest WoW Dragonflight Pre Patch Phase 2.
I'm using WoW version 10.0.2 and tested WarpDeplete with versions v1.3.1 and v1.3.2.

I have also seen the issue on Naowh's stream.

Note: If I type /script WarpDeplete:Hide() it gets hidden. When I start a Key it becomes visible again!
