Smooth Progress and Inverse (applied via Conditions) incompatible

Describe the bug
When altering the Inverse setting on a progress bar, to show the bar as full when the dynamic info currently has no timer info but you want to see a full bar, the bar continues to show as empty when Smooth Progress is selected.

To Reproduce
Tick Smooth Progress in Display
Make a trigger 1 that carries timed info.
Make a trigger 2 for "always active"
Make a condition for "IF t1 active = False THEN inverse = true"
As you close WA config the bar will animate down to empty. The expectation would be that it would simply show a full bar until you active trigger1.
Which version of WeakAuras are you using?
2.10.10
Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
I don't think so, it's a new problem to me I think, but could be wrong.
