Abilities templates can show glow on a buff or a totem, but not on a given duration after spell cast success

add parameter "spellCastSuccess = "
it will be converted in trigger1 = event - combatlog - spell - cast success - source unit = x - spell id = x - hide = timed, duration = x

The most common similar request I see is glowing for a short time on CD Ready (on a CD tracking Aura), rather than cast success (on a buff tracking Aura). I would imagine an option like that would get a lot of use.

List of abilities that could use it (has to be checked)

treants > ok
storm elemental > ok
fire elemental > ok
totem mastery > no need to see a 2mn duration, it has no cooldown and give buffs
rune of power > already use buff trigger
Summon Infernal > was set as totem and didn't work > ok
healing rain > ok
consecration (holy) > information has no value
