Describe the bug
I created a sap aura from template and set it to only show when target is debuffed but it always show.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

To Reproduce

1. Open Battle.net
2. Click on World of Warcraft
3. Click Play
4. Select a rogue character
5. Wait for loading to end
6. Type /wa
7. Click From Template
8. Click Icon
9. Click Default
10. Click Debuffs
11. Click Sap
12. Click Show Only if Debuffed
13. Close WA menu
14. Aura will be triggered

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
