When updating, set default parameters to not update load conditions. Many weakauras are only meant to be used in a certain type of instance or outside of them, inside or outside of combat, when updating, everytime you update through the companion app, it by default updates load conditions as well.

also, is there a way to add custom extra triggers/conditions that the player set to auras to the updated aura while updating? ive modified many weakauras triggers/conditions and when updating, it overwrites everything that I did to the aura that the author im updating from didnt do. even if it adds my triggers and doesnt immediately work, itd be nice to have a good headstart on fixing the triggers/conditions

Your first wish is best handled as a comment to #1149, which is about the same area. It's not a duplicate, but very related.

As to your second suggestions, that would require tracking far more information than we are currently tracking, and is thus essentially unimplementable atm.

The second bit on this is something that I’d like to tackle later this year, or maybe next year, actually.
