Spell Known doesn't seem to update or talent change.

Describe the bug
I have 3 different triggers of spell known among a list of 7 other triggers. I made a custom activation function trying to validate if any of the spell is currently know. They are spell learned from talents.

The whole group is loaded once entering combat. If I change my talents outside of the combat and go in combat go load the auras. It seems like the Spell Known trigger isn't working or responding properly. I have to do a /reload in order for the Spell Known to be register properly.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors.

To Reproduce

  1. Create an Aura with multiple triggers.
  2. Have 2 or more of those trigger be different Spell Known learned from talent.
  3. Have the group only load Auras In Combat.
  4. Have a Custom Activation Function that will check for any of the spell to be known: return t[5] or t[6] or t[7]
  5. Change talents out of combat and go in combat and watch the Auras not being triggered or affected until you do a /reload, every time you change talents.

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
Don't think it's relevant here but I can test out if necessary.

Which version of WeakAuras are you using?
2.12.3

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
Can't remember when it was working exactly, but it was a recent version 2.11 or 2.12 maybe.

A little bit more information: If you don't pick Blooddrinker in your talents, (you have Heartbreaker or Rune Strike selected) and you do a /reload after importing the Aura. Going in combat won't show the Blooddrinker Aura as intended. But if you switch your talent out of combat to Blooddrinker and enter combat, it won't show up.

But, if you pick Blooddrinker and do a /reload, now everything seems to work fine. Going out of it, and back to it makes the Auras trigger fine.

If you check "Exact Spell Match" on the Spell Known it seems to completely fix the issue. But without it, the issue still occurs.
