After updating Weakauras from 2.13.x I have an error

WeakAuras: Options will finish loading after the login process has completed

This error presents only on version 2.13.x

To Reproduce
Hard to explain what need to do, just upgraded to 2.13.x

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
Yes, tried turn off all addons exept Weakauras, BugSuck and BugGrabber. The error is still there(and with all addons turn on too)

Which version of WeakAuras are you using?
I tried all of 2.13 versions including yesterday 2.13.3. On all of this version there is an error.

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
For now I used 2.14.4.2, this is the last good one.

Also, i compared 2 lua files from versions 2.14.4.2 and 2.13.3 with diffchecker to see the difference. Don't know whether you need this but here is a link https://www.diffchecker.com/oyXNIqPB#left-4 (should work for a month)
