What i wanted that when i take someone elseses WA string and put it on my screen and that group aura (for example aura that show you lv,exp to lv and kills to lv ) looks too big on my screen i can resize it to 90%,80% or ... something like that and keep all of proportions of that aura same .And so i dont have to resize each piece of that group individually to make it work .

Additional context
Thanks to @sragia we know have a scale option. What is missing now, is a improvement to the MoverResizer. On Group selection it should really show a resizer in the corners which should be usable to change the scale.
Changed the title, since the original ask of this ticket has been done for a while, and the only remaining thing to do is improve the mover frame.
