[classic] cleu trigger - spellID broken

Describe the bug
blizzard removed spellID support so it either needs a fake arg with GetSpellInfo() or it needs to be removed
To Reproduce
- enter spellID in cleu - spell cast success trigger
- notice how it doesn't fire 👍
