Describe the bug

Importing a timed TSU breaks the progress of all existing timed TSUs until a reload. The auras, once fully progressed, will restart. This occurs endlessly.

This bug does not occur when duplicating an aura, it must be an import.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No errors.

To Reproduce

(Example aura provided below)

1. Import aura.
2. Close Options.
3. Observe bug after initial 2s duration.
4. Cast your interrupt ability (any class/spec should work).
5. Observe as aura is still bugged, but with new duration value.
6. Reload, auras work as intended.
7. Import aura again.
8. Close Options.
9. Observe as previously and newly imported auras loop endlessly.
10. Optionally cast interrupt again.

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

Tested with only the official 5 WA addons enabled (and bugsack).

Which version of WeakAuras are you using?

Tested in 2.14.0-beta1, 2.14.0-beta5, and dev version e384546.

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?

Tested with a blank SV.
The user that reported this in discord reported that this behavior persisted through reloads, but I was unable to recreate that behavior.
