Describe the bug
Aura with Spec Role as load options not being loaded/hidden on spec switching.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error is thrown

To Reproduce

1. Create an icon display with Always Active trigger and Spec Role: Healer load options
2. Close WA options and reload UI
3. Switch spec to Damage - the icon remains while it should have been hidden
4. Open WA options - the aura is still being shown as loaded
5. Close WA options - the aura is now hidden

Alternatively if we reload UI instead of Step 4 the icon is hidden after the reload.
The icon remains hidden after switching back to Healer spec.

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
Yes and the same issue persists.

Which version of WeakAuras are you using?
2.14.6

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
Never used this load option before, not sure of its behaviour in previous version

None at the moment, also I am not sure whether this is an intended behaviour
