Describe the bug
When making an icon for healing pot (or other items/gear) with on use, a slow wand above 1.5 speed will show the GCD each wand shot. A fast wand with less than 1.5 speed will not. This happens even with show GCD disabled.

I expect that any wand shot that triggers GCD (even if wand triggers a longer GCD than 1.5 sec) should not show the cooldown of items with this trigger and the option show GCD disabled.
