Range Swing Timer Classic

Describe the bug
At the moment the swing timer doesn't seem to catch the wind up of the first swing because it's watching SPELL_CAST_SUCCESS
I think it might be better to watch SPELL_CAST_START
too, to get in the wind up of the swing for ranged weapons.
Additional context
I believe that this is for some kind of hunter min maxing thing. Either way I think it would be a nice change to the swing timer, or at least adding the option to swap between the two.
