Describe the bug
Guild mate reported low fps on Vexiona HM, i asked him to do a profiling

After he removed this group, his fps issue was solved.
Top resource consuming trigger is "Item Count" on event ITEM_COUNT_UPDATE for 76345.62ms, 49.76%
I think an optimization on this trigger is required.
