"Item Equipped" trigger not triggered when normal group converted to Raid

I have an "Item Equipped" trigger that has Load set to "In Group > In Raid". If I am in a regular (non-raid) group, and someone converts it to Raid, trigger is not activating. Only after UI is reloaded (by manual reload or by instancing) trigger gets activated. When I join a pre-converted Raid group trigger activated right away as expected.

To Reproduce:

  1. Create a "Item Equipped" trigger.
  2. Join a non-raid group.
  3. Convert the group to Raid.
  4. Observe trigger not being activated.
  5. Reload UI.
  6. Observe trigger being activated.
