Describe the bug

With an existing Condition that addresses a subRegion in its Property (let's say, a Glow's visibility), if the subRegion is moved up or down in the Display tab, the Condition's Property setting is lost. Ideally the Condition would adjust to continue addressing the same subRegion after it is moved.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No error.

To Reproduce

Checked with a few different subRegion types and a few properties so this is just an example:

1. Make new Icon
2. Add a Glow subRegion
3. Add the Condition, If remaining < 5 then 1.Glow Visibility ✔️
4. In Display, move the Glow up one place
5. See Conditions. Property is blank
