Default Swing Timer trigger after non-instant casts not working.

Describe the bug
Casting a non-instant spell resets the weapon swing in most cases, so i expect the swing timer to start right after a cast ends. However, the default WA swing timer does not reflect the time of swings after a non-instant spell cast. For example, I can't know when my next swing will go off after casting a Lesser Healing Wave or Lightning Bolt. Tested with warlock spells too and diferent weapon speeds, same results.
Do you have an error log of what happened?
There was no error, only not working as it should.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Set up any WA swing timer
- Start auto-attack with an enemy
- Cast a non-instant spell like Shadow Bolt, Frost Bolt, Lightning Bolt, etc.
- See that after spell goes off, the swing timer does not reset until the next swing goes off.
