Unable to set maximum progress on progress bar

Describe the bug

When I check the 'Set Maximum Progress' box, I'm unable to set the actual maximum progress value.

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
I disabled ElvUI with the same result.

Which version of WeakAuras are you using?
The version with the problem is 2.17.7

Are you on World of Warcraft Classic or Retail?

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
It was working as expected in 2.17.5. The window changes when the option is selected giving a new field to add the maximum progress value.
