Magnetically Align button design issue

Describe the bug
"Magnetically Align" button is highlighted when selected, and is highlighted the same way on mouseover.
When you click it to disable the function, it is still highlighted because your cursor is still on it, so you'r not sure if it's enable or not until you move out cursor
