Describe the bug

changing the timed duration of a cleu: spell cast success default trigger aura doesn't make the aura trigger for that duration. instead it takes the initial duration that was inputted.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a event - combat log - spell cast success trigger with timed duration 1
2. trigger it
3. change timed duration to 10 and trigger it again
4. notice how it triggers for the initial duration from step 1.
5. (optional) reload... and it's fixed

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
