Describe the bug

When changing order of subregion, any condition that apply property change to them will not work until touching at the condition or reloading the UI.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open WA Options
2. Create a new icon aura
3. Create a condition if trigger 1 active == True then 1. Glow = Show Glow
4. Exit WA Options
5. See that the icon is correctly glowing
6. Open WA Options
7. Modify order of subregion by clicking 🔼 or 🔽 on the text or glow subregion
8. Exit WA Options
9. See that the icon is not glowing

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

Are you on World of Warcraft Classic or Retail?

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
I don't know.

Additional Info

Changing something on the conditions or reloading fix the problem. Trying to put them back in the original order doesn't fix it.
