Collapsible regions with same name share open "yellow" state

Describe the bug

Opening a collapsible option highlights all similar options in an aura.
only one option should recieve this active state

Open an option like anchors in an aura with multiple subregions - refer screenshot above

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

Are you on World of Warcraft Classic or Retail?

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
