"Weapon Enchant / Fishing Lure" trigger not firing on remaining time option.

Describe the bug

I expected the event to trigger showing the WA as normal, but it did not. I'm sure I set it up correctly because if I open the WA Option window and close it, the WA will then show.
Do you have an error log of what happened?

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Make a Shaman (I know I'm asking alot). Create a WA with the trigger Weapon Enchant / Fishing Lure > Main Hand > Remaining Time <= 3585 > Show On: Enchant Found. Close options. Cast Windfury (or Flametongue if elemental). Wait 15 Seconds. See that WA is not there. Open and Close the Options window to see the aura appear.

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
