WA options window size is no longer resizeable in certain scenarios

Describe the bug

My wa options window was big but still resizeable, upon turning off elvUI it became even bigger and it was no longer possible to make it smaller, forcing me to either re-enable elvui and make it smaller or delete options SV.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Grab ElvUI and make the wa options window big
  2. Disable ElvUI and notice how wa options window can no longer be resized

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

I remember other users having this issue. Might have been caused by a similar situation
