Group anchoring at "Center" instead of "Bottom Left"

Describe the bug

Anchoring a group to a frame anchors at the incorrect point

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error

To Reproduce

Anchor a group to another frame. Notice that the settings say Anchor "Bottom Left" to frame's "Bottom Left".
The group anchors like first picture below, seemingly anchoring the center of the group to the bottom left of the frame.
I'd expect the group to anchor like the second picture.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a group and add an aura to it
  2. Set group settings to anchor to select frame
  3. Notice that it anchors based on the groups center point even though settings state that it anchors the bottom left of the group.

Did you try having WeakAuras as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?
