Item Bonus Id Equipped helper is showing Balance Powers for Feral Druid

Describe the bug

When hovering over the check box for Item Bonus Id Equipped Load condition I see the list of Legendary powers available to a Balance Druid when in the Feral Druid specialization.

To Reproduce

Spec Feral Druid and go to the Load tab and hover over Item Bonus Id Equipped

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Load Tab on any aura when specced Feral Druid
  2. Hover over Item Bonus Id Equipped
