Open single "Format options" onclick instead of all

Describe the bug

clicking "format options" in display while multiple text elements are present causes all to be opened instead of just the element's format options that you clicked.

this causes the cursor to not stay at the position where it was

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to display, make 2 texts and click format options
