Aura not loading when creating from a template

To Reproduce

1. new aura
2. simple from template
3. progress bar
4. horizontal
5. paladin > holy > abilities > Crusader Strike
6. Basic Show On Cooldown

then the new aura is stored in Not Loaded tab and no way to get it loaded
