Describe the bug

Elemental Blast (Shaman) template doesn't load by default. It uses a "talent selected" trigger for Ice Strike instead of Elemental Blast in the template creation.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Create an aura from template for [ability] Elemental Blast on a Shaman'
  2. Click on 'the Load tab'
  3. Scroll down to 'Talent selected'
  4. Ice Strike selected instead of Elemental Blast
